APPLICABILITY
These Terms apply to every order placed through our website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms.
PRODUCTS
Our products are handmade candles and home items. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations in color, scent, and appearance may occur. These variations do not constitute defects.
PRICING AND VAT
All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
An order is considered complete once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases such as:
Pricing errors
Suspected fraud
Product unavailability
PAYMENT
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., iDEAL, card payments). We do not store payment details.
DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out by PostNL. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU LAW)
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days after delivery.

Used items, Custom-made products.
LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
Delays caused by shipping carriers, Indirect damages, Misuse of products, Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time via email. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
GOVERNING LAW
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
